3. Motor not working?  Remotes not working? Or motor making clicking or only flashes and is not  opening or closing? We can replace any part on units if it is worth saving! 
4. Doors jammed In place,? Cant get released, Maybe Even Panels Have separated, Or door completely fallen to the GROUND!? Don't JUST accept the first company saying YOU NEED A NEW DOOR!! NOOOOOO!!! We can replace ANY PANEL FROM TOP TO BOTTOM if need changed out!(* It definitely depends on the door's condition and age*) Sometimes even twisted or somewhat bent  or damaged panels may be able to be saved or you may only need 1 or 2 panels.
